The hotel staff were extremely hospitable and helpful. I met with some friends who were also staying there as we we participating in the World Police & Fire Games ten pin bowing event which was being held at the Dolphin Bowl in Tilburg. The staff assisted in planning our various travel arrangements to Rotterdam (to register), the bowing centre and even when going out for an evening meal. The 9292 information service is very good but only if you could speak Dutch! The food was excellent and the attentiveness and friendly greetings by the waiters and waitresses was much appreciated.

It's a decent hotel! The room is comfortable and quiet, the shower temperature and water pressure are great and the price is fine :)

Breakfast is just great! A lot of option, from fresh baked breads to yogurt, scrambled eggs & sausages, they even have a fresh waffle machine. Staff was friendly. Location was ok by car. With public transport a bit of a walk. You take a bus from central train station and then from the bus stop its 10 minutes walk. There isn't much nearby the hotel (walking distance).

Although the room amenities are nothing special, the hotel ended up being a nice surprise because the bed was very comfortable, curtains nice and thick to block the daylight, and a really nice breakfast with a lot to offer (e.g., a waffle maker to have freshly made waffles) that was included in the price.

Very comfortable and super clean room. The bed was awesome. Rooms are on a small size, but we had connecting rooms for our party of 4, so that was not an issue.

The room was very comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The hotel is a bit far from the centre, but there is a bus stop rigth across is. Although the bus does not come that far on weekends, the next stop is just a few minutes' walk away.

The staff was very friendly upon checking in and out. The breakfast was very good: maybe less choice than usual, but the quality was good. Tidy room in quiet surroundings.

In general the hotel is really nice: good breakfast, quite room, cozy atmosphere. The staff was nice and friendly, we liked that we could check out by ourselves.

My overall stay was very good. Although the rooms are small. Housekeeping came in while i was still in there. I did not checked out yet.

Good breakfast. Self prepared fresh orange juice. Very helfpful reception staff, especially young reception officer who helped me with Tilburg parking application!
